This is Miami, so of course there is a big list of things to do here! From shows and comedy clubs to dinner, from a relaxing day by the beach to Boating, partying and dancing, clearly Miami has one of the biggest selection of activities that people from all over the world love to experience. In other words, whatever party you are looking for, most likely Miami might have it.
Where are the best places to go in Miami?
Answer: Literally everywhere. It’s a tough process narrowing it down, but with a little bit of planning, this city will entertain you for a long time.
It’s hard to list them all, for this reason, we will list our favorite locations:
Brickell is trendy and a hub for the coolest bars. There’s a great range of nightlife and buzzing cocktail lounges.
Downtown Miami is hipster paradise with a multifaceted arts scene, bars, and a multicultural ambiance.
South Beach includes the Beach of course and Bars and nightclubs all ready to be explored. The bars around here are always bustling and a social media lover’s heaven. Every bar is either sun-lit and bright or low-lit and sleek. The coolest nightlife places can be found here. Let’s not forget, since the city is by the water, there are bars and restaurants all through the coast from South Beach all the way up.
Sights – Miami baby! If it’s culture you’re after, then you can tourist yourselves happy in the beautiful Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) which has plenty of exhibits, hands-on workshops, educational programs, lectures and community events.
Or if you’re totally new to the city then start at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Maurice A. Ferré Park (Museum Park) , then wander down the Museum of Art and Design (MOAD) at Miami Dade College, with a permanent exhibit on the Cuban culture as well as rotating visual arts exhibitions.
Sounds – For live music and theater, check out the calendar at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. This gleaming structure is home to the Ziff Ballet Opera House, Knight Concert Hall and Carnival Studio Theater. It stages touring Broadway shows and productions by local companies like Zoetic Stage, Miami City Ballet, New World Symphony and the Florida Grand Opera. For major touring concerts and Miami HEAT games, the FTX Arena is just down the street.

The Shops at Midtown – Well worth a wander for those who love to shop. The Shops at Midtown Miami is an open-air shopping center with more than 50 retailers and restaurants located in the heart of Miami, FL. This shopping center hosts monthly community events and on-site activations.
Fifth and Alton – Highly visible landmark – situated at the Gateway to South Beach and is the terminus of the MacArthur Causeway.
Mary Brickell Village – Highly sophisticated and totally fun. This isn’t a stuffy shopping mall. It’s a place to be yourself, find your own fashion voice, and enjoy the breezy attitude that comes with living, shopping and loving every moment in downtown Miami.
Bayside Market Place is located on Biscayne Bay in the heart of Downtown Miami. As a result, you’ll find many Latin American art galleries, busy restaurants, Cuban coffee shops, and more. The moment you arrive in Calle Ocho, you’ll feel as if you’ve entered a different world.
Despite its size, Miami is surprisingly easy to navigate. If you’re not too familiar with the city you can always pick up map and follow Google’s plan of action. By the way, try to follow the order.
